4th trip to Panther Key. No better way to spend New Years in my opinion :)Since I was told I wasn't smiling enough in my last pics... and to get some new "background," I tried some different angles for pics and put on a big smile. Here I am 12-31-06, hanging out under the mainsail as Athena cruised along holding each tack very well.
A beautifully sunny day. Nice wind. Started out with two reefs in the mainsail. wind started to die down later, put jib up reefed and took one of the reefs out of the mainsail. Sail pic is of the mainsail with one reef.
